About

The Team Behind the Properties

A Saint Lucian company, founded in Banse, Laborie, built on hospitality and run with commercial discipline.

Who We Are

Built by Two Partners

BeBe Homes started with a simple observation: well-run rentals in Saint Lucia earn more, collect better reviews and give guests a better stay. We set out to run properties that way, for ourselves and for other owners.

Today we manage more than 25 rental units in the south of the island, from individually styled suites and villa compounds in Vieux Fort to homes in Micoud, combining local hospitality with modern pricing, marketing and guest-management tools.

We stay selective about the properties we take on, so each one gets real attention from people who know it well.

Co-Founder · Property & Business Strategy

José Valentino A. Lewis

With more than a decade in marketing and advertising, José is the strategist behind the BeBe Homes portfolio. He leads property and business strategy, marketing and growth, and directs the data-driven market analysis that shapes every decision: comparable-set research, demand and pricing studies, and revenue forecasts that show an owner what a home can realistically earn. Alongside Britney, he co-leads renovation project management for homes joining the portfolio.

Britney Francois

With more than eight years in property and hospitality management, Britney heads concierge and the guest experience across every BeBe Homes property, from first enquiry to check-out, along with the owner relationships behind them. She sets the service standards our reviews are built on, often welcoming guests in person. Alongside José, she co-leads renovation project management, scoping the works and managing contractors, budgets and timelines so each property reaches our standard and launches on schedule.

What We Hold To

Three Principles

Our promise to owners and guests comes down to three things.

I.

Transparency

Clear agreements, clear numbers and honest advice about what a property can earn and what it needs.

II.

Excellence

Every stay prepared, inspected and supported to the same standard, whether it is a one-bedroom suite or a full villa.

III.

A Personal Touch

Local people who know each property and each guest, and who are reachable when it matters.

The Journey

From Banse, Outward

How a family practice became a hospitality company.

The Beginning

A Family House in Laborie

It starts with a single property in Banse, Laborie, hosted and cared for by family, and a clear lesson: good management changes everything about a stay.

The Founding

BeBe Homes Inc. Is Established

José Lewis and Britney Francois turn that practice into a company with a simple promise: turning stays into extraordinary days.

The Collection

A Portfolio Takes Shape

Boutique suites in Soufrière, a gated villa compound and private suites in Vieux Fort, and homes in Micoud join the portfolio.

Today

Full-Service Management

Market analysis and renovation before launch, then revenue and pricing, distribution, guest care around the clock, housekeeping and maintenance, all from one local team.

Our Ethos
“Turning stays into extraordinary days.”
The BeBe Homes Standard
Of This Island

Rooted in Saint Lucia

Our team lives and works on the island. We know the roads, the seasons, the trades and the people, and we bring that knowledge to every property and every guest.

For owners, that means a team that can be at the property today. For guests, it means recommendations from people who actually live here.
