We handle personal information in line with the Data Protection Act of Saint Lucia.
We only collect what you choose to send us. Through the contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the topic of your enquiry and your message. Through the property assessment form: your name, email address and phone number, and details of your property such as its location, type, number of bedrooms or units, current status, listing link and timing. Bookings are made on our booking site, bebehomes.directstays.com, and on platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. Those services collect booking and payment details under their own privacy policies, and share with us what we need to host your stay.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare property assessments and proposals, manage bookings and stays, and, if you subscribe, send Owner Market Notes. We do not sell your information, and we do not share property owners’ figures without permission.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and booking platforms, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
We keep enquiry and assessment details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any agreement that follows, and then delete them. We keep your email on the Owner Market Notes list until you unsubscribe.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from Owner Market Notes at any time. To make a request, email info@bebehomes.com.
